Web developer in Hamburg. React, TypeScript, Next.js.

I spent five years at an agency in Hamburg, on client projects from the first year of my apprenticeship onwards. B2B customer portals, dashboards and e-commerce. The last two years as a full-time developer.

I came to code from the design side, screen design first, then digital media design. That mostly shows up in the details like spacing that matches the mockup, states that were actually thought through, and layouts that survive a long product name.

About

I trained as a screen designer, then did a media designer apprenticeship at an agency, and stayed there as a developer.

I worked mainly on B2B- Shops and Dashboards used by people who spend their whole working day in them. I got projects of my own fairly early, which meant learning to talk to clients and make decisions as well as write the code.

In my own time I'm playing around with Frontend-Frameworks and Laravel to keep my skills up to date. Mainly I'm looking for a team where I can keep taking on projects like the ones I led at the agency.
